The Diet.....Beginning the 6th week
Today is day one of the 6th week and I'm down another two pounds. Total for 5 weeks has bee 12 1/2 pounds. Rather than begin the gradual increase in carbohydrates that weeks five and six are all about, I decided to go back to the beginning and do a bit of a combination of weeks one and three. I've been having one protein shake at breakfast and eating two meat meals the rest of the day as well as a few snacks such as pork rinds. The extra fat calories have certainly not caused any weight gain since I'm down another two pounds. My reason for not adding carbohydrates has been that I still have more weight to lose. Although I finally dropped down past my last low weight plateau, I'm now well on my way to the weight I was 25 years ago. Feels good and I've never felt more full. Hunger is simply not in the picture.
